OASIS NEWS

Summer is approaching

As the island slows down a little and summer is approaching, our hours may change a litte.

Currently we are open Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5.30pm. We seat our last table at 8pm and the kitchen closes to orders at 8.30pm. We hope to stay open 4 days a week for as long as possible, but if the island slows down, we may do 3 days a week. Please check our facebook page for the latest info. (there are also a few dates in the coming months we will be closed for private events)

As always, we will also close for a summer break from the 19th of June to the 23rd of July

Until the summer break we look forward to serving you refreshing cocktails, unique dishes all in a fun, vibrant atmosphere with great service!

Fodor's Travel

There's a reason Oasis is constantly on the top of Roatán's best restaurant lists—its international fusion menu and laid-back atmosphere consistently come with good food and drinks. The menu changes frequently, so be sure to check their Facebook page for the most up-to-date menu items. But you'll usually get at least a few local favorites, like the famous chipotle-glazed baby back ribs or a homemade Snickers bar. Creative cocktails flow freely, and this is one of the only places on the west side serving imported beers.

Lonelyplanet.com

The gorgeous Oasis uses seasonal and locally sourced produce to create delectable creations such as duck confit risotto or scallop and shrimp ravioli. Cocktails are out of this world.

Reservations are always a good idea. It's on the main road toward West Bay, a 10-minute walk or L30 taxi ride from West End.
