OASIS NEWS

Spring Break Opening Hours

With Spring Break right around the corner we would like to share a little info to keep everyone posted on our opening hours. We will be closed from the 29th of March until the 11th of April to give out team a little break and to give them the time to enjoy the Semana Santa festivities with their families.

Until the 29th of March we will be open every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5.30pm. We seat our last table at 8pm so that the last orders are in the kitchen by around 8.30pm. Potentially we will also be open on Monday the 27th of March.

It is a busy year and we appreciate every single one of our guests, and our staff that continue to make the restaurant an enjoyable place to be. It's been great meeting new guests and seeing so much of our familiar faces on such a regular basis (you know who you are 128 times!).

Fodor's Travel

There's a reason Oasis is constantly on the top of Roatán's best restaurant lists—its international fusion menu and laid-back atmosphere consistently come with good food and drinks. The menu changes frequently, so be sure to check their Facebook page for the most up-to-date menu items. But you'll usually get at least a few local favorites, like the famous chipotle-glazed baby back ribs or a homemade Snickers bar. Creative cocktails flow freely, and this is one of the only places on the west side serving imported beers.

The gorgeous Oasis uses seasonal and locally sourced produce to create delectable creations such as duck confit risotto or scallop and shrimp ravioli. Cocktails are out of this world.

Reservations are always a good idea. It's on the main road toward West Bay, a 10-minute walk or L30 taxi ride from West End.
